課程概述

本課程之主要授課內容係在講解掃描式暨穿透式電子顯微鏡之研發歷程、機件組合、操作流程、材料製備、低溫冷凍、X光能量元素分析、超薄切片、細胞免疫化學等,以及其在植物病理學與微生物學之應用。
